All prices showcased on the website are in Euro (€) and encompass the standard Danish VAT rate of 25% or 5%. Mettecolberg.com holds no liability for product unavailability or any pricing errors.
Orders made within the European Union are not subjected to additional taxes. However, for countries outside the European Union, customs fees may be imposed upon the package's arrival at the destination. Mettecolberg.com is not responsible for delays at customs or any extra charges applied.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to fulfill and prepare all orders for either pick-up or shipping within a timeframe of 1-4 workdays, unless otherwise indicated on the product's page. Rest assured, all orders are carefully packaged for secure transit.
On rare occasions, such as during holidays, the fulfillment period may extend beyond 4 workdays. In such cases, we will promptly inform you via email about any delays in order processing.
Shipping costs depend on your shipping country, and this cost will be calculated at checkout. If you wish to pick up your order at the studio, you can select Pickup as a delivery method in checkout.

Return policy
As a consumer you have the right to return your order within a 14-day period. This period expires 14 days after you have received your order. Please send an email labeled RETURN to [email protected] with your ordernumber.
The return policy does not apply to custom made products.
It is recommended that the return shipment is traceable. Shipping costs for your return and the original shipping cost will not be refunded by mettecolberg.com.
For internationally returns, clearly label the package as 'RETURNED GOODS' to prevent any customs charges. Mettecolberg.com is not accountable for any customs charges incurred during the return process. All customs charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

All products must be returned in the same condition as they were when purchased. Goods with broken packaging, signs of wear and use, or any damage will not be accepted for a return. The responsibility lies with the customer to ensure that the products are received in the same condition as when initially purchased.
